Feel like home!
The biggest impressions of our stay are cleanliness of the appartment and the hospitality of the owners.
The place itself gave the feeling of a home. It is actually a small building/house, with a beautiful yard, safe and quiet surrounding and free parking places. We stayed in one of the appartments, perfectly equiped, spacious enough, with very comfortable bed. Although it is a shared bathroom between two appartments, we didnt share it, since the opposite one was not booked. Everything was smooth since arrival to leaving. They left the aircondition for us and additional heather as we said we like warm :) also, we could leave the car parked there after check-out, which was very convenient. Wifi was great.
Location was perfect for our needs. The city center was at the distance of 15 min walk.
Communication with Dani, the owner, was fast and straightforward, with a friendly attitude. He is very kind and helpful.
The quality of this stay is 10/10 and the price was good. I can definitely recommend it.

Would stay again
Hot tip -add Dani on Whatsapp, because it’s not a hotel with a sign, Dani sends you the address in Bulgarian to show the taxi driver and photos of entrance, helpful+++ after tiring day. Home-like furnishings.
Great location, shady street has cafes, supermarkets and atms 5 min walk.
Easy pleasant 8 min walk to city and museums.
Garden great for morning breakfast, kitchen on every floor with basic essentials like corkscrew toaster kettle etc
Roomy shower, water pressure++ and large showerhead
Wifi a bit slow, couldn’t get the cable tv to work but not needed.

Excelente hospedaje en Sofia
Las habitaciones están muy bien y muy limpias, aunque se comparte la ducha y dos baños por cada 3 habitaciones, están muy cerca y no es ningún problema.
La propietaria está pendiente de la limpieza y de las necesidades de los huéspedes.
Muy recomendable.
