Magical place in the heart of the Valley of Roses

We spent the night of the winter solstice at Chateau Copsa and had magical time. The service was excellent and so was the food at the both restaurants - we had lunch at the Zelanos restaurant and wine tasting followed by a birthday dinner at the La Cave. My favourite wine was the 2022 bio Cabernet Sauvignon 'Naked'. The view to the Balkan mountains was stunning! I can only imagine how beautiful this place will be in the spring, at the time of the roses. Planning to be back at the end of May for the rose picking.

Chateau Copsa a piece of paradise

Chateau Copsa, this is a corner of paradise, a place to be proud of its existence. A corner that managed to distance us from everyday life with the comfort it offers. The welcoming attitude of this close-knit team that welcomed us was incredible. For three days, the entire team made us feel special, filling our stay with individual gestures, constantly interested in feedback in order to improve the services offered. The experience was incredible, filled with various animals roaming the chateau, an excellently maintained room, a warm hospitable attitude. We left there with a promise to ourselves that we would be there again very soon.

A Magical Weekend to Remember ✨

A fairytale place with truly unique wine, exceptional food, and five-star service. We spent a wonderful weekend there and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended!

A place to come over and over with love ....

It was an unforgettable Valentine's weekend. My wife and I were very happy with everything - the hotel, the food, the staff, the nice excursion around, but the best thing was the great wine. We look forward to coming here again!

Beautifully meaty over romantically curled with a favorite chove. Attention to the staff of the client is really much nice!
