Peaceful and quiet

Perfect for family holiday with children! We stayed at the yellow villa and we are very satisfied! The pool and the rooms are clean. The location is quiet and peaceful. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We are more than happy we chose this place for a weekend gateway! We will definitely come back!

Nice place, bad service

The hotel is situated out of the resort Zigov chark which we see as an advantage.
Few pathways start from there.
There are a lot of loans around where all kind of sport activities can take place.
The apartment was nice and clean, but no heating is September.
There is a restaurant in the hotel with decent food at moderate to low prices.
Breakfast is OK, but don’t expect anything exceptional.
Negative
The huge problem of this hotel is the service - the most unfriendly and unwelcoming staff we have come across for a long time. Definitely a big setback.

Always nice to be there

We have visited the hotel, incl. the villas, on several occasions for the past 3 years now and it has always been a pleasure visiting. The hotel and villas were brand new, I believe, 3 years ago and they remain as well maintained to this day. Rooms are clean and rather spacious, breakfast is good, although choice is limited. Their service is very good, the owner remembers us being returning customers and is always there to assist with any queries.
The view to the lake is great, too.
All in all - nothing fancy, but the basics are well covered and you have a very good value for money.
