1. Spa and Wellness Centre Often Out of Service
• Countless guests complain that the spa (sauna, jacuzzi, steam room) was simply inaccessible, closed or not functioning, often without prior notice.

• Limited buffet, mediocre taste, thin portions: many travellers describe a breakfast of little variety and quality well below the expectations.
• Some customers report the very low quality of cheese, unpeeled eggs, industrial juices, etc.

Horrible experience
When we arrived, at first glance very kind personal, we stayed there 3 nights , the second day a Bulgarian colony arrived with about 100 children , from there the staff began to be very unpleasant, including kicking us off the terrace so the children could go there , kicking us out 15 min before the end of breakfast hours, the receptionist became very violent by taking the arm of one of the girls in our group to make her leave.
Receptionist a little too tactile with the others of our group, he was drunk in the evening.
The lady of the restaurant always shifted our eating hours i.e. we had to eat by 6:30 p.m. , in the end we were made to eat at 8:30 p.m. to eat dishes that we had already eaten the day before and the day before, when we arrived the dishes were already served on the table as in prison with portions for young children. The dishes completely frozen , we were refused to warm up the dishes , we were not allowed bread , dessert yogurt while the children had plenty of choices.
At breakfast, we had the right between cold pasta and a cheese quiche, lunch and dinner because we were in complete dressings during his 3 days, we had no choice that we were served and if we did not like or in our group there were meatless , there was no alternative. At the reception, it was marked on a sheet that the pool was heated, outside the pool was cold , half filled with blocks of chlorine and small tiles that were walking in the pool, no pediluve , the outsiders walked with their shoes by the pool . We had a few rooms in the hotel and two apartments a little outside the hotel, the water was cold for 3 days , not even 10 min of hot water for 28 people. In the kitchen , the waste was on the ground with cutlery that does not wash but goes just underwater , in the toilet that is next to the reception, there is toilet paper on which there is poop on it , during her 3 days no garbage was changed , no cleaning lady because I saw none for 3 days,

The worst hotel
The breakfast was very poor and the quality of those it had was very low.
We came with a group. In the rooms of the others they didn't even enter and in our one that was family-owned they didn't change our towels while they took those we had thrown on the floor and put them in the radiator to use them again.
The spa is unacceptable. It smells mold everywhere and you can see it in many places. The pool water was very cold and the sun loungers were black from the stink. We were looking for to give us slippers and bathrobes for the pool and sent us from one to the other with the result they never brought us. There was no one in the space to serve us
The restaurant is open until 21:30, when we went at 20:45 we were told that the chef left, which was not true because after we sat they served us, but in a very negative atmosphere.
It is a very dirty hotel with no disposition to serve us

The pool claim to have 29 degrees , when I spoke with the reception and told them to go together to count it they were staring at each other.
The layer is like lying on a pallet
Even the one-use slippers do not offer

and there is no control of the heating system
I would not recommend this place to anyone.
