Nice appartment, very near the Gondola!
The apartment we rented(46A), was comfortable with a fully equipped Kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a bedroom and o big living room with space for 2 more people.
The Wifi was excellent and there was 2 TVs.
There is an underground parking in the complex, as well as a swimming pull and spa centrer.

Ideal location
Apartment a little dated but adequate for what we needed not far from the action , owner left some coffee which was a nice touch

Do not park near or stay at this location. It will ruin your vacation
No understanding whatsoever. Although we had been guests there in the past years.
And all of this while most of us were out having a field day with the local police because our cars’ license plates had been stolen while the cars were parked in the “secured” paid parking lot adjacent to Fortuna. Phone number in the windscreen, blackmailed to pay hundreds of Euros to get our plates back.
Vacation failed. Never again in Bulgaria. Especially in this location.

Ski holiday with teenagers
Read previous reviews ref lack of sleep and hot water.
However we had hot water for all four of us each morning and night.
No issues with noise.
Great location, close to gondola and restaurants.
Would come back and would certainly recommend.

Bansko skiing 4 nights
Great location 3 minds from gondola!
arrived at am nobody at reception but was given key by somebody who met us.
rooms are basic but ideal.
penguin bar next door has unreal food!
iv stayed in bansko numerous times including lion hotel and strazhite.
Pool and sauna where very nice.
didn't see anybody on reception all weekend but didn't bother us 1 bit.
cracking place and apartment
would go again tmoro.
