Very good

Super well located hotel. The room is comfortable and the staff very attentive, always smiling.
On the next street there is a very good gym, which is free for guests to use.
The breakfast is very good too. My only comment is regarding the restaurant service, I think the hotel could offer, as they only serve breakfast.

Dirty room with mold and spider in bed

Dirty room, had spider in bed, look at the photo and believe....
From what I've seen, I'm not the only one making this kind of complaint. The bed had not been changed the sheet, as it had hair and a pet walking through the bed when I took out the bedside. The walls are dirty, full of mold and the bathroom in a worse condition than road.
I asked for another room, and they said it was not available, i.e. I had to pick up another hotel and still made me pay for the room that I did not spend the night, shows that they are not interested in improving. Don't waste time. And don't risk ruining your night and losing money at this hotel.

Razoável dentro do contexto

Primeiro quarto com cheiro de mofo. Quarto sem ammenities nem toalha. Sem serviço de quarto. Banho frio. Café da manhã bom. Internet ok. Nada animador mas aceitável dentro das limitações da cidade e da região.

Detalhes para uma boa noite de sono

Muito barulho, por se localizar no centro é o segundo pior fator deste hotel, o pior é o fato de não ter uma vedação nas portas e nem blackout na janela, assim a qualidade do sono é péssima.
O que se salva é a localização central e o café da manhã variado e saboroso.

Quartos antigos, estacionamento cheio mau distribuído faixas sinalizando as vagas acredito que ajudariam a melhor distribuição dos carros, sala de café muito boa assim como o café, atendimento cordial, conveniência da academia ao lado assim como a galeria, hotel muito bem localizado.
