Very good stay

Undoubtedly in addition to its excellent location the attention and friendliness of the people in charge of the inn (four) attentive to all our needs made our stay there more than pleasant. I must highlight the abundant breakfast, in a charming terrace, in which we prepared everything we asked for within a certain number of options and we could even take what we did not consume. The room was small, with the amenities according to an inn of that category, let's not ask more. For all this we were very satisfied and for us it was a nice experience.

Very satisfied

Very well located, close to restaurants and markets
Everything clean and organized, loved the days we spent there, it was very cozy
Ps: I thank the boy who stays in the hostel and the gorete very attentive!!!

Poor infrastructure

The only positive point of the guesthouse is the location.
The infrastructure is terrible. We were in 3 bedrooms and in all there were problems, such as: leak in the box, cracked spray and bathroom without a box.
Problem shower, loose vase and tapping tap.
Breakfast is on a balcony where the sun hits, the tables are small in which only the coffee tray fits.
Breakfast is virtually the same,variing only the fruits and juice. It's not self-service.
It is realized that the necessary repairs have not been made for a long time.
There are no officials at night in case of any emergency.

Vale destacar que, por se tratar de Fernando de Noronha, todas as pousadas da ilha enfrentam limitações naturais: materiais e equipamentos chegam por transporte marítimo, a mão de obra é escassa e tudo precisa ser feito com cuidado para preservar o meio ambiente. Apesar dessas dificuldades, buscamos oferecer conforto e qualidade dentro da realidade da ilha.
Ficamos satisfeitos que tenha destacado a localização como ponto positivo e esperamos poder proporcionar uma experiência ainda melhor em uma futura visita.

Simple but worth Inn

Simple Inn but with an excellent location in the Villa of the remedies, close to everything. Gorete the hostess of the Inn very demands, simple but very clean rooms and with
Air-conditioned, simple but tasty breakfast, with more than one pulp juice option.

A more than excellent service

At first the Impression that we had was that the place would leave to be desired, however, when we look more at the surroundings, the local culture, etc, we understand that the cost-benefit was worth it! Very tasty breakfast and excellent service! Gorete and Lindeberg were very attentive and helpful, as well as friendly! Gorete makes a tapioca ma-ra-vi-lho-sa! The Inn is close to several restaurants in the Villa dos Remédios where you can have access to the dog beach, the Meio and the beach of Conceição where is the Morro do Pico.
Points to improve, the area where breakfast is served could have transparent lones to pull and protect the area on rainy and windy days! Because with the wind, the generated garbage, paper and packaging simply fly away which does not conform to the island's environmental preservation policy! In addition, it would bring greater comfort to the guests.
Bath towels should be changed every day! They are changed every two days. If this is implemented, there should be an enlargement in the group of employees, even so that the service is expanded, because from 17:00 there is no one in the Inn for any type of care. One night we needed glasses and unfortunately we couldn't. Since there is no disposable on the island, we end up without glasses.
But overall, our stay was very good! And it was only good because Gorete and Lindeberg made it very good.
