Second house when in Valencia. Impeccable!

A charm and charm. The new management has made this hotel simply the most cosy in the city. Cleanliness was impeccable. Breakfast, much better than many 5 stars. The location is amazing, in the center. In front of a delicious confectionery. When I came in 2022, I used to have soup. Now in 2025, the restaurant is air-conditioned and has dish options. I always indicate. The best in town! It's from the same network as Brisas do Mar. Ball show!

Bad Experience

Don't go to this Hotel, sorry and bad for the staff, they don't answer even an e-mail, after I made a reservation and I couldn't enjoy it because of a mistake of Country, they were not even to make a compensation

No accessibility!!

The hotel has no elevator, people with a mobility deficit has no access, we had to climb three floors, the air conditioning didn't cool almost anything, the frigobar when I asked the receptionist told me that I had one in the room, when I arrived, it was off and there was nothing inside, we were in three people and there was only one towel in the room, there was no interface. I don't know how has alvará operating without ACCESSIBILITY!!️

Resolvemos pernoitar em Valença na volta de barra grande e fomos surpreendidos com o hotel ondazul. Quartos novos , atendimento diferenciado . Excelente café da manhã ,

O melhor da cidade!

Café da manhã delicioso, completo e uma noite confortável em um quarto novo, com split, Wi-Fi e Tv conectada. Para uma noite confortável em passagem por Valença ou um bate e volta ao morro, super me atendeu
