Excellent stay!!

Great location!! In front of the beach in stall 4. The apartment very comfortable, very well equipped with everything you need for a very good stay. Top floor swimming pool, sauna, views are spectacular. They also include parasols and chairs for the beach.
In the same place, there is a supermarket, bakery a restaurant, ice cream parlor, etc. you have everything you need without having to move.
Super recommended.

Lindo lugar, buen ubicado. Condominio algo antiguo. Lo bueno que tenes todo cerca (Mercado, farmacia, verdulería) y la playa enfrente, cruzando la avenida. Sobre la parada 4.
Faltaba limpieza, servicios básicos, las instalaciones del departamento no funcionaban (ejemplo, caja de seguridad, manijas rota del baño, tostadora). Apart 1603

Apart bien ubicado sobre playa en Barra de Tijuca

Buenas instalaciones, buena ubicación, Depto bien equipado. En puesto nro 4 de Barra, hay restaurantes y bares cerca. Hay buses sobre la playa que conectan con el resto de la ciudad y buses disponibles dentro del complejo gratis. Ofrece servicio de playa sombrillas y reposeras gratis .

Excelente infraestrutura do condomínio, lamento a piscina estar desativada e não podermos usar outra piscina. Apartamento bom, precisando de modernização. Banheiros reformados. Cama de casal pequena, mas confortável.

Flat muito bem localizado, quarto amplo e confortável. Não dispõe de serviços como arrumação diária e restaurante, por se tratar de flat e não hotel, mas a responsável fica disponível para solicitações de limpeza, toalhas, etc. Na área do prédio há supermercado, padaria e alguns outros serviços. Possui também piscina na cobertura com belíssima vista e empréstimo de cadeiras de praia e guarda sóis para hóspedes. Achei excelente custo benefício para se hospedar com uma família de 4 pessoas na Barra
