A charming place with care on details

Blauberg is a lovely guest house. With decoration that relates to the local German culture and a view to green hills, I found it a perfect place for a pleasant stay in the small but authentic Pomerode . The breakfast is popular and the reason might be the home made touch on breads, jams, biscuits, cucas, and so on.
It is not a boutique and neither a basic inn. I would not be too wrong to say it is somewhere between.

Daily value is not consistent with accommodation

Accommodation would be honest for 250.00 a day (half of what I paid) had no positive highlights. The closest to good was the shower, and yet we had problems in a bath that did not heat. Kitchen staff and cleanliness, are super friendly and attentive. The towels were good.
The staff at the reception left nothing to be desired, somewhat sparkly, I was not informed in advance that a 10% fee would be charged on the total daily vlr because we are with a pet! Decks and bed clothes that are already rotted and not consistent with the daily bills. Horrible toilet garbage, worse than 1.99. Mattresses already worn out and that only remind of a time when they were already comfortable. Breakfast very simple, few fruits. The room space is too small to say familiar, no hangers to help in the organization. But I realized that they are features found in most of the hostels of pomerode, and as there are no hotels, it becomes the only options making them not seek to improve

Nice, clean Pousada, nice reception, nicely informed for the things to do in
Pomerode, rooms a little small, but nice bathroom.No inexpensif, but worth, would have loved to have hairdryer in the bathroom.

PÉSSIMA

Hoje tive a pior experiência na recepção deste hotel, além de ser ofendida pela atendente, a situação foi tão caótica que desistimos de ficar em Pomerode e estamos em Blumenau. A atendente, ofendeu os paulistanos e nos destratou com informações evasivas da cidade e foi extremamente grossa quando perguntamos se havia uma rota gastronômica na cidade, sua resposta foi: " vocês paulistas fazem cada pergunta, não temos restaurantes na cidade, vocês só conhecem shopping e mesinhas na rua, aqui no sul tem tudo mas tudo é dentro dos locais"
Foi extremamente desagradável e mal educada, infelizmente nos fez desistir da hospedagem na cidade. Por destravar e falar mal de São Paulo não merece a minha hospedagem.

Aconchegante

Pousada aconchegante, bem localizada , com playground na frente para entreter a criançada, decoração alemã, café da manhã saboroso, bons anfitriões. Na suíte tinha um bom chuveiro, cama confortável, quarto com sacada. Ficamos apenas um dia. Recomendo.
