Hotel Matizze

The **Hotel Matizze** is the living proof that appearance deceives. Overall, it even seems a reasonable place, but just spend a night to discover that it miserably fails in the basics — and it is not in one detail or another, it is in everything that really matters to the guest.
My first night was in room 212, which was supposed to offer rest, but delivered torture. The mattress was so old and deformed it sank like a canoe in the middle of the river. Sleeping there was impossible, a real attack on the health of any spine. To complete the disaster, the shower simply did not work as it should: no hot water. A decent bath, which is the minimum expected in any lodging, has become a humiliating challenge.
The next day, tired and disappointed, I asked for a room change. Believing that I would finally have a better experience, I was placed in a room in the background. But the frustration only increased. The internet, which today is a basic necessity even in the simplest places, simply does not work. It doesn't exist. But the worst was to come: an absurd, constant noise coming from a bomb that vibrates the entire room, as if it were a truck engine on inside the hotel. A real sound torture that didn't let me shake my eyes. I informed the attendants that I needed to rest, because there was a morning flight, but nothing was done to resolve it.
And what could be attractive — the proximity to the airport — served absolutely nothing, since it is of no use to be near the boarding place if you spend the night in the light, without being able to rest to travel.
Matizze shows, with all the letters, that he doesn't care who pays to be there. Lack of quality, lack of maintenance, lack of commitment and, most importantly, lack of respect. Sleeping in a decent bed, taking a hot bath, having internet running and being able to rest without being disturbed by hellish noises are not luxuries: they are the minimum you expect from any hotel, however simple it may be.
So don’t be fooled by the appearance: if you value your health, your sleep and your peace, **go away from Hotel Matizze**. The place fails in the essence, treats the guest with disrespect and does not even deserve to be considered as an option.

Hotel com uma fachada bonita, mas simples dentro, a vista da janela era muito feia, um outro prédio colado a ele. O ar-condicionado estava funcionando perfeitamente. O quarto possui televisao. Cafe da manhã bom.

Péssima experiência

Atendimento bom. Apartamento péssimo, roupas de cama parecendo que já tinha sido usadas, tolha de banho manchada. Chuveiro entupido que quase não sai água. Sabonete usado por outros hóspedes em cima da pia do banheiro. Péssima experiência. Se puder, Fuja.

Bastante simples, barato, bom para passar a noite, atendentes atenciosos, bem perto do aeroporto, dá até para ir a pé e de fácil acesso. O principal problema é que a internet ainda é muito amadora, sem muitos hospedes entrarem ao mesmo tempo, ele não deixa os últimos conectarem por excesso de usuários. O café da manhã é muito ruim, pouquíssimas opções e parecia que era do dia anterior, apenas 1 opção de suco. No meu quarto a luz do banheiro estava queimada.
