Good stay

New hotel on the beach square. Big pool. Spacious flat style room, with sink and no carpet. Table with chair. Support to support bag. Got a fridge. Air conditioning split freezing well.
Comfortable bed as well as sheets and pillows. Good and new bath towels. Possesses satisfying amenities in the bathroom. TV with many channels and great image.
Breakfast with a lot of variety and everything tasty and well done. Good schedule, open 6hs for those who like to wake up early. Paid parking or 0800 in front of the hotel.

Apartment needs renovation

The apartment I stayed in (422 overlooking the pool) needs more attention from the owner. The shower is terrible, the water practically goes up the wall. Dirty shower wall and floor. Broken and rusty bathroom trash. Ceiling of the bathroom and the apartment in general with several spots of mold. Dirty and stained towels. Sofa needs cleaning. There is no deep plate, small cutlery and glass. The lighting from the hallway invades the apartment. There is a glass that looks out onto the hallway and all the lighting ends up coming in. I almost cut my mouth because of a broken glass.
1 of the elevators always turned off. There were a lot of things missing in the restaurant.

Horrible

They allowed the elevators to be broken throughout the 7 days of our stay, which included the 10/12 holiday; sometimes it was 1 of the two elevators that didn't work, but most of the time it was both; Because it was a holiday, it was crowded, yet no one fixed the elevator, so everyone had to climb the stairs, including my 78-year-old father with mobility problems, people who arrived full of luggage, with children, etc.
Breakfast costs 32 reais but it's not even worth 10 - very few options and everything is bland, as well as slow service.
The cleanliness of the rooms deserves a zero rating, when we arrived there was even sand on the sofa, cockroaches, dirty curtains, food remains in the sink, bathroom smelling of urine. Because all the filth from the previous guests that we encountered on the first day remained until the last day, even though we had room service every day.
Fortunately, we have relatives who live in the city who lent us clean towels and we went to eat in other places.
There is no noise control in common areas, so at 7 in the morning there are children screaming in the pool until late at night.
Speaking of the pool, in the middle of the holiday amendment Friday, they closed the pool for maintenance at 5pm until after lunch on Saturday.
In other words, if you want to feel treated like an idiot tourist, go there.
If you want to relax and care about hygiene, escape.

The room is a good size (much larger than the average for standard/price hotels), ok breakfast and excellent location!

Excellent location, close to everything, lots of leisure options just a few steps away and the beach in front is excellent! There is a good tent that also serves the beach! Great value for money. I made the reservation with Penareia and they were very helpful with everything.

Good place to stay

When you are in João Pessoa and like a good accommodation near the beach of Cabo Branco I suggest this flat. Its rooms are large, comfortable and very clean. It has an excellent service team. I recommend it.
