Wonderful hostel!

The guesthouse is wonderful!
Clean, with simple and tasty breakfast, attentive staff, and with a great location.
It was a pleasant day. We will definitely be back
In the bathroom there is always soap, shampoo/conditioner. Also, the towels were changed every day.

A pior experiência da minha vida!

O hotel mais horrível que já ficamos, as fotos deles não condizem com a realidade!! Cheguei em gramado com minha noiva pra uma viagem em casal, e logo de cara na recepção já achamos bem abaixo do esperado, ao entrar no quarto "luxo térreo hotel" tivemos a surpresa mais desagradável possível, quarto extremamente sujo e empoeirado, roupas de cama sujas e com uma mancha de sangue, o cobertor que tinha disponível para julho no frio, era horrível, o pior que já vi.. Eu e minha noiva temos rinite, bastou 1 minuto no quarto pra nós 2 começarmos a espirrar..
Mas essa nem foi a pior parte...
Vimos claramente que seria impossível ficar ali, perguntamos se teria disponibilidade de outro quarto melhor e foi dito que não!
Então decidimos por trocar de hotel no mesmo dia, não ficamos nem 1 hora.. Mesmo já tento pago um pacote de 1 semana através da CVC! O que foi nos informado era que seria cobrado apenas a 1° diária, e as outras 6 nos seriam devolvidas integralmente, visto que não usamos..
Então pegamos outro hotel por conta própria! Isso foi em 21 de Julho, hoje, 24 de agosto, ainda não recebemos o estorno do valor, e a CVC nos alega que a pousada em questão se recusa a devolver o valor..
Vimos em outros locais que não é um caso isolado, o hotel tem a mesma prática de não devolução com outros clientes..
Iremos tomar todas as medidas jurídicas cabíveis contra a pousada! Não recomendo!
