Hotel in poor conditions.
We recommend. We found the hotel structure quite old, from the furniture to
bed and bath clothes. Our daily included breakfast and given the price that
we paid (R$ 138,00) was good.

Experiência no Hotel Biss Inn, Goiânia
The room locks were old and broken, which increased my concern even more to know that the hotel is not responsible for items stolen in the rooms.
This was undoubtedly one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a hotel. I hope the administration will take steps to improve the quality of the service. For those planning a trip to Goiânia, I recommend considering other accommodation options. I'm going back to town this week, but I ⁇ won't stay at the Biss Inn again.

Served the purpose
Weak points: musty smell in the rooms and breakfast room. There are signs that the room has been recently renovated - new floors, but the ceiling has cracked paint; Bathroom ceiling also showing signs of mold. Old cabinets that need painting; loose door handles. Anyway, there are signs of carelessness.

Fair price for what you offer
I was very well received and very well attended to by Laine and Lucas, who are to be congratulated for their attention and care for the guests.
About the Hotel, don't expect much luxury and refinement. The rooms are comfortable, have air conditioning and minibar (out of stock but available), parking for a medium-sized vehicle, and the swimming pool was clean. Varied breakfast.
