Cleaning leaves something to be desired

The structure of the place is nice, but the rooms have a very strong musty smell and the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. We arrived in the first room and the air conditioning was leaking a lot (in addition to there being a dead cockroach along with the dishes in the sink), we changed rooms. The second bedroom was full of animals and the bathroom smelled, as well as dead cockroaches and rat poop. The experience could have been better if the cleaning was ok.

O quarto tinha um cheiro terrível de esgoto, e no patio em frente ao quarto também. Mandei mensagem para a responsável relatando, e ela me disse pra tapar o ralo da pia e fechar a porta do banheiro, o que nao fez diferença nenhuma. Foi insustentável permanecer a noite com aquele cheiro!
