Good experience

We went to Camaqua for a friend's wedding. Our passage was short. From day to day. For our need the hotel served us well. It's an old hotel. We were well served. The room was clean. Good bed. We had no problem with noise . The breakfast was very good.
Stays as a covered parking suggestion for the rainy days. And change the carpet from the third floor hallway. It's well spent already. I missed a safe in the room.

Very good hotel, coffee shop full, cleanliness score 10 and the staff very welcoming. Congratulations to the whole team. Parking with total security. I have been to the hotel several times and each time was amazing > Congratulations to everyone

GREAT, BUT WITH CAVEAT

In addition to being very clean, a quiet place in Camaquã, a very varied and quality breakfast, the main thing is the great service from the staff in general. Friendly staff, polite, helpful and always willing to assist guests with their needs. Restaurant on site, good quality, but unfortunately only open for dinner. The reception is cozy, with a TV for guests and a fireplace for cold days. Wi-Fi network problems

Pessimo

Pessimo atendimento. Fiz chek in na sexta feira , e após o almoço fui dormir com meu filho para descansar . No meio da tarde , o funcionário Ítalo bateu por duas vezes no meu quarto , e qdo não respondemos ( pois estávamos dormindo) , o mesmo colocou a chave reserva do hotel tentando entrar em meu quarto. Além de um desrespeito, uma invasão de privacidade , e o motivo era pra saber se queríamos água ou chocolate . Achei de uma falta de respeito que não vi em hotel nenhum. E qdo fui reclamar para o gerente , que se dizia responsável pelo estabelecimento, o mesmo me tratou com desdenho , um “sorrisinho “ no rosto e relatando que não tinha nada o que fazer apenas pedia desculpa. Não indico de forma alguma esse hotel, me senti totalmente desprotegida com meu filho de 6 anos no quarto.

Melhor hotel de Camaquã

Estivemos hospedados lara passar um final de semana no hotel Bartz.
Chegamos no sabado a tarde e fomos embora no domingo pela manhã.
É uma boa opção para quem visita a cidade. Conta com um bom atendimento, quartos bem organizados e limpos (porém pequenos), chuveiros quentes e ar condicionado em todos os quartos e estacionamento.
O hotel serve, no seu restaurante, um café da manhã justo. Com tudo que alguém precisa pra começar bem o dia.
Único ponto negativo do hotel são os barulhos, escutamos muitas portas batendo, crianças brincando a noite e barulhos dos vizinhos dos quartos mais próximos.
