An Absolute Gem in Bermuda

This was our second stay in three years at Royal Palms Hotel was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — attentive without being intrusive, warm, and genuinely happy to help with anything we needed, from arranging transportation pickup at the airport to restaurant recommendations and beaches to visit.
The gardens are what really set this place apart. Lush, meticulously maintained, and bursting with color, they gave the whole property a peaceful, almost secret-garden feel — the kind of setting where you find yourself lingering just to take it all in, coffee in hand, before starting the day.
Our room was comfortable and well-appointed, with thoughtful touches that made it feel more like a home away from home than a typical hotel room. Everything was clean, quiet, and clearly cared for.
If you're looking for a Bermuda stay that combines genuine hospitality with beautiful surroundings, Royal Palms delivers on all fronts. We'd return in a heartbeat. Bermuda is the resort!

Royal Palms is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Even before arriving, Claire was extra helpful in answering my questions, making fantastic recommendations, and helping me plan a memorable trip for my fiancee's birthday. The entire staff there is warm, inviting, friendly, and as helpful as can be. The grounds are beautiful, the hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and the room we were in was very cozy.
It was also perfect location-wise. We were close enough to the Front Street city area where it was just a short walk down a back road to get there and see the beautiful shops and restaurants along the water, yet still far enough away where the nights were peaceful and we got a good night's rest.
Plus an added bonus: there are actual aloe plants on the grounds they will cut and give to you if you get a little too much sun. They are absolutely above and beyond with everything they do there and they all strive to make very day amazing. I look forward to going back.

Can’t say enough about the Royal Palms. Greeted at the steps upon arrival! Complimentary wine and cheese hour at 5PM Free continental breakfast.ALL staff make you feel like Royalty! You won’t be disappointed!!
