Great space, location and staff

Small apt was clean, spacious and provided all we needed. Location is perfect to walk to the village. Staff attentive and helpful. You also have access to the Ocean Beach amenities (about a 10 min walk) which are lovely. Craig the owner is wonderful!

This was a fantastic condo. It has 4 units and shared laundry. We had the front unit looking at the owners house. Not really sure how they plan on parking for 4 cars as they are rebuilding the property fences. More than likely, golf carts only in the future. Anyway....EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! And you have resort access for 2 other places as well. This was one of the few places on the boardwalk we could park a car because we were passing though going south. These folks get 6 of 5 stars❤️❤️❤️.

Best place we have stayed so far in Placencia Village.

We stayed at The Flying Toucan for a month and it is the best place we have stayed so far in the village. It is right on the Placencia Village sidewalk. Within a five minute walk was our favorite place for breakfast, DeTatch, favorite pizza, Bohemian, and the Placencia Beach Club.
As of this writing, guests staying at The Flying Toucan have access to the Placencia Beach Club in addition to the Ocean Breeze hotel pool (including Toucan Jacks beach bar) and beach facilities. We used both during our stay. The owner and staff for The Flying Toucan/Ocean Breeze are great and responsive. Everyone is super nice.
Our unit at The Flying Toucan was comfortable. It has a new queen bed which was nice. The unit has a couch with chaise and Fire TV in the living area. The kitchen seemed to have the implements to cook, but I must confess, we did zero cooking during our stay. If you are smart about where you eat, you can eat for less than buying food and cooking it, especially for a couple.
A super bonus is access to a washer and dryer at the property at no additional cost. If you are looking at places to stay keep this in mind.
I would stay here again, no question.

AAA+++. The best! One bedroom condo has everything you need including washer and dryer, bikes, air conditioning,equipped kitchen. Easy walk to the Beach Club, Toucan Jacks and everything in between. Owners and staff are fantastic. I love riding my bike up and down the peninsula or spending the day at the Beach Club. Both are included with rental. I can’t say enough about how nice this place is and with four units you can’t go wrong no matter which one you choose.

Great location. Fully equipped and comfortable units with amazing hosts! Within walking distance to everything in the village. Steps to the beach and shared access to the Placencia Beach Club as well as Ocean Breeze amenities. Returning
