Verzorgd ontbijt en warme bediening
We hebben Site78 bezocht om te ontbijten. Over het algemeen was dat een positieve ervaring. De bediening is uitermate vriendelijk, wat het koele karakter van de ruimte compenseert. We kozen voor het luxe-ontbijt (33 EUR) en dat was zeer copieus, met Cava, Gravad Lax, granola, gebakken eitjes met spek, enz, enz. Enkele kleine minpuntjes zijn het feit dat het vruchtensap niet vers geperst was, en dat er iets zoets ontbrak als beleg. Een aantal andere zaken lijken dan weer overbodig. Als je al gebakken eitjes met spek krijgt, is er bijvoorbeeld geen eiersla meer nodig. Verder allemaal prima hoor. Doen!
