Perfect place to stay!

Perfect place to stay. Centrally located. Clean. Nice breakfast. Cozy. Very friendly and helpful. Bicycle parking. Big lawn where we played badminton. Watched the red devils together. Party in the Vennestraat with lots of eateries and live music.

Delightful base for exploring Genk and surroundings

Beautifully located family back where we return annually with Genk Full bake price, quality super and friendly bosses
Rooms maybe a bit outdated but the renovations have started and important parking in front of the door also easy, to bring your bikes n Genk to explore

Nice Budget hotel

Compared to other budget hotels belonging to big hotel groups this is a refreshing place to stay. If compared to Ibis Budget for example this kind of old fashioned places offers so much more. Nice staff, good food for dinner and a bar that makes you want to leave your room and have a fantastic belgian beer. There is enough parking space for free and the rooms are clean.

Good base

Highly recommend place to stay, the owners were fantastic and spoke good English which obviously helped us, we have used hotel de venue for the last 4 years and will be returning in September 18 if not before. restaurant steak it’s worth the visit on its own. Safe travels all , Gaz

staff makes a difference

arriving around midnight and was still being welcomed by a super friendly reception lady with a a smile.
now all you fancy 4-5 star hotels, pay attention and learn from this lady. it does not matter how long or extensive your traineeships last. just sincere attention and a genuine smile will make everybody feel at home.
the room was simple, big enough and clean. no noise from neigbourrooms. plenty of parkingplace next to the hotel.
when checking out, a gentleman had the same idea how to treat customers. again, a warm smile and a sincere chat. how come this is so exeptional these days?
i 'll be back!
