Good hotel and location
It was a good, clean hotel. Lovely staff members. Check in was really quick and easy. Location was good as wherever we went it was a 20 minute metro ride. Metro station - Schuman was less than 5 min walk away. As the hotel is right next to the European Commission there were quite a few business/conference people at the hotel, in a way it was good as it was just simply adults. Right opposite the hotel there is a cafe - Cotti Coffee. Hotel is safe as after a certain time you can only enter the hotel with your key card, or you will have to buzz on the door. Daily house keeping, they also give you complimentary water daily, which we stored in the fridge, which helped during the heatwave. Also around the corner there is a local convenient store. Check out is 12pm which was great as we checked out around 10:30am left our luggage at the hotel, if you wanted a later check out it was around €16 per hour. We took a stroll around the area and came across this park which had a lovely minke waterfall- Jardin de la vallée du Maelbeek. We were staying on the 6th floor which was great as we had a mini balcony.
As a 4 star hotel they didn’t have bath robes, slippers or an iron or ironing board in the room. I did call up reception and they delivered the iron and board within minutes. They did however, have a trouser presser in the room, didn’t use it incase I burnt my trousers. They also had a shoe polish machine in the corridor.
Breakfast was such a let down it was the same thing everyday. Not a lot of vegetarian option, they had a vegetarian dish with chicken…which I think they were meant to label it as chicken with vegetables. They had a coffee machine where you could make your own hot drinks, loads of juices and salads. They also had syrups for your hot drinks which was lovely. They also have tourist tax which you once you check in. We paid €20 roughly €5 each night. It states there’s a gym in the hotel, we did look for it but we thought they might’ve changed it into a conference room as there were quite a few conference rooms there.
It was a good hotel, and I will definitely recommend to others and will come back to this hotel.

Amazing Hotel with wonderful staff!
The hotel staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel completely comfortable throughout our stay. Their genuine hospitality truly enhanced our experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
The location is ideal for exploring on foot, with beautiful sights and attractions surrounding the hotel. GREAT STAY JOIN US
Excellent location of the hotel near the Schumann metro station from where you can reach the points of major tourist interest. Spacious and comfortable room, a bit 'expensive breakfast that costs 23 Euro per person and that can be replaced by the rooms near the hotel at a lower price.

ABSOLUTELY YES
Excellent location only 5 subway stops from the center (SCHUMAN subway stop); you exit the subway and find the European Parliament, cross the street and you find the hotel. Clean, large rooms, courteous and kind staff, very quiet area; I recommend it, I would return again if I pass through BRUX.

Highly recommended
Hotel with very attentive staff, spacious yet cozy and comfortable rooms, and a location with good connections.
For breakfast, they have specific gluten-free products: bread, cereal, cookies, etc., which they store and handle safely for people with celiac disease. In addition, they brought me scrambled eggs directly from the kitchen to avoid cross-contamination from the buffet.
The gym is quite limited in terms of equipment. It has a treadmill and exercise bikes, dumbbells, and a high pulley station, but it doesn't have an Olympic bar with plates or a pull-up bar, for example.
