WATCH OUT FOR BED BUGS, BLOOD... ESCAPE

We are forced to settle for a neutral score because we cannot assign a negative score. The welcome was deplorable and full of contempt, which is particularly regrettable. The room had not been prepared: we received sheets and bedspreads, but no pillowcases. So we had to make the room ourselves, which turned out to be an unpleasant experience due to the presence of bedbugs, blood traces and damage on the sheets and bedspreads. The room was dirty, the cleaning had not been done, and there was a foul smell. In addition, the safe was broken, the dishes dirty, and the floor was not swept or washed. There were also many piles of dust and pieces of bed collapsing. We strongly recommend avoiding this property and never paying until you have been able to inspect the room.
Of all the Adagio aparthotels we have done, this one is the worst. No sense of hospitality. Mocking and contempt are the order of the day here. They should follow the example of the Adagio Access Hamburg.

The room is good and equipped with everything you need. I'd still recommend checking out the cleaning service. The location is excellent, the area is quiet, there's a store 1 km away that's open almost 24/7, and the metro is nearby, making it easy to get to the center and beyond. This hotel is a great find for a weekend!
The staff was friendly and we understood each other, even though I didn't speak good English.
📍Important note: it is worth adding information in the description that those who do not have a credit card must pay 100 euros in cash and this money will be returned when you check out.

Good family stay with minor weaknesses in the technology

We stayed here as a family and booked two rooms. Overall we had a good stay, as the rooms were absolutely clean as well as pleasantly quiet and we slept very well in the great beds. The breakfast was also good in itself, whereby the delicious coffee and cocoa as well as the nice variety of preparing fried eggs yourself stood out particularly positively. However, it was unfortunately much too cold in one of our rooms, as the air conditioning could not be adjusted at all. In addition, we completely missed fresh fruit at the otherwise good breakfast.
