Rooms were clean and modern, however when we were there the hotel was being refurbished/extended. Restaurant was randomly closed on Tuesday night, as was others in the area so ended up having to get an Uber Eats which they would not let us eat in the bar. Hotel is well situated with some decent walking routes and the restaurant opposite in the old train station is very good. Hotel could do with a Gym as there is little else within walking distance of the hotel. the food pricing in the à la carte restaurant was extremely expensive - close to €50 for a steak caught us by surprise.

Delicious breakfast on terrace of a beautiful park forest!

Delicious breakfast on terrace, with a free orchestra of countless melodic birds from all corners of the surrounding park forest. What a view of those beautiful giants of trees that stand there. The service was perfect and we have been welcomed by a very charming manager. Limburg at its best!!

Some less good experience

Yesterday somewhat disappointing, reserved long in advance, no place (anymore) on the heated outdoor terrace. At dessert we just got dessert, while we wanted cheese, it was not even asked (did we have to report it ourselves??). And while we were having dinner inside, the other tables were already set for the coffee table of the next day, not really cozy that clatter. Luckily I've had better nights, hopefully next time will be better.

A hidden gem, what a welcome welcome, the hotel exudes peace, space and cosiness.
Beautiful bike paths and routes, here you have to be month to have everything done.
Wonderful and delicious breakfast, nice dinner menu and very good rooms.

Without more

In order to be more comfortable, we opted for a junior suite , finally quite disappointing. The room is beautiful but without more, the bathroom is a bit dilapidated, only one bathrobe for 2 people, no extra pillow or mini bar (as indicated on their website) no courtesy tray either. Elevation changes in the room and simple glazing. The welcome on arrival was very good, however the lady at our Check out was rather unsympathetic, not a word of sympathy. Price too high for what it is. We did not test the restaurant or breakfast.
