Stayed one night while visiting Antwerp. The room was very nice and comfortable. The check in are with it's attached dining tables are unusual but lovely. Above everything else, the two hostesses that interacted with me were very hospitable with top level customer service!!! 5 stars++ for them easily.

Super tacky

It is a very old and super tacky place, someone said it was a little gem, my goodness, it is falling to pieces, later, if I can I will send you photos of the walls.
Besides, it is not a hotel, they are apartments, without a reception, without breakfast. Very disappointed that my agency sent me here.

From love to disappointment 2026 Kisses to heaven !!!

We wanted to repeat this year after the 2025 experience, but it wasn't that Wow! After solving a problem we were offered one of the luxury rooms with bathtub in the room. We're okay.
We had arrived on a Friday afternoon and at the reception with the bags and after solving some setbacks, the girl offers us a coffee or something to drink , we thought that courtesy since we had booked and were already customers from the previous year because when we make the payment we charge 2 small cans of cola. You're already weird, but the strongest thing is that the heating in the room was broken and the girl wasn't able to tell the truth. It was the first weekend of January 2026 on the street at -8 /-10 degrees. It had snowed. I got a huge disappointment and sadness, seeing how unhonest people are, no matter who you are or have, but honesty and truth ahead always ♾️. And here I end my love for this place.
And I keep other things from the luxury room. Goodbye forever. Kisses to heaven.

the staff was fantastic and the location was convenient. My only negative is that the room was so sparsely furnished. No bureaus, and no nightstands. I had no place to easily put a glass of water or for that matter, my phone. Plus no view whatsoever. but I must reiterate the staff was exceellent.
