On a 1-night business trip, it's okay.
- long search will not be necessary, entrance from the main street, there is a pocket for several cars directly opposite the hotel;
– friendly reception staff;
- mini shop at reception: water, tea, coffee, sweets;
- suite room is quite spacious, there is a hallway with a wardrobe, a wardrobe in the room, a double bed, a large sofa, additional sleeping space on the "second floor", a desk and dining room with chairs, a refrigerator, air conditioner, mugs, tea, coffee, a bottle of water, soap, shampoo. I will note separately a large number of outlets in different places, which rarely happens in hotels;
clean enough.
Cons of the hotel:
- is located on the first floor of the apartment building, the noise can be heard both from the street and from the occupants above;
- the toilet is already tired: old toilet, shower watering watering in all directions, waiting for hot water;
the disgusting internet. It is impossible to work or rest with him;
- the wall clock prevents relaxation with its ticking;
- Noisy fridge;
- Bed linen and towels time to update, because it is unpleasant to use them;
- the bed turned out to consist of two singles and has no one-piece mattress, only a thin covering, which makes the gap between them feel;
- Amazing breakfast hours: from 6 to 8, and you need to choose the day before the time you come. If you want to, you don't want to get up early, but be nice. By the way, the breakfast itself is not bad: omelet, cucumber and tomato chopping, a spoonful of peas and corn, Korean carrots, 2 sausages, 2 cheese slices, butter, bar, tea in a bag, instant coffee. Warn that tea or coffee must be made promptly, since the kettle is one, must be shared with the other guests.
In general, a good hotel for lack of other options at the business travel provider. Staying for one night is quite an option, given the price and opportunity to walk to the attractions.

Nice place that doesn't feel like a hotel
There was a small room for breakfast and it was fine.

Есть куда стремиться
Вода горячая есть и даже вполне приличный напор)
Номер не затерт,более-менее свежий. кровать не цельная, а состоит из двух отдельных, тем не менее не скрипучая, матрас нормальный.
Чайник есть в номере.
Телевизор с большим количеством каналов.
Шумоизоляция никакая, все слышно из соседнего номера и собаки гавкают за окном в частном секторе
Думаю, что в стандарте все намного хуже)
