POSITIVE TO REPEAT

Recommended... helpful owner, friendly, welcoming.
Nice room is spacious. The only flaw is the very narrow bathroom. Great and convenient location, served by public transport to shops. Nothing is missing. Recommended for families and all kinds of guests.

What’s around Heart of Vienna

The property is centrally located in the shopping street.
Large room, very clean and equipped with amenities.
Owner very nice and helpful.
Small negatives: few electrical outlets.
In the evening/night the area fills up with homeless making it not particularly safe

Best value for money

Very centrally located Pension, right on Mariahilferstrasse, yet very quiet. Very accommodating and nice landlord, top value for money. We could not arrive for family reasons until a day later, the short-term cancellation was not charged to us. We always like to come here.

Fab Vienna Base

Really nice spot for a weekend trip in Vienna. I went with my boyfriend, and we just wanted a comfortable apartment to use as a base, and this was perfect. It is right in the heart of Mariahilfe, so great for shopping and in easy reach to the main city centre. It is also a lot closer to Schonbrunn than the other (more expensive) hotels in the main city centre. It was clean and well equipped - can't fault it really.
I remember having to pay before we arrived (via bank transfer) as the host was out of the country and we were arriving late after the porter had finished their shift. Andrea was very polite and helpful, and can confirm (if anyone else is in this situation), that it is completely legitimate.

Perfect stay,perfect people

It's a perfect place to stay.Very comfortable rooms,comfy beds, air-condition.We had a very beautiful view to Mariahilfstrasse.The rooms have good soundproofing.There always milk and fresh cold water in the fridge for the guests.There also a coffee machine in the room and a kettle for your tea.In a short distance from the hotel there is a metro station which can immediately take you to the historic centre.There are plenty of shops such as supermarkets and restaurants near the hotel!!!The owner will help you with everything you need!!!Thank you for making our trip so nice!!!
