Great stay

Great accommodation about 10 minutes walk from the Ringstrasse or 3 minutes by tram the stop being right outside the front door. Plenty of cafes and shops nearby.
The room is quiet, clean and warm (it was early November when I visited) the shower perfect and the tv had plenty of channels to choose from.
Very good value and I would stay again no hesitation

Economical and comfortable

I stayed in this property for 5 nights during a stay in Vienna and I found it better than I thought and the same thing happened with those who were with me. The reviews weren't great but we found cleanliness and courtesy as well as convenience due to the proximity to the ring and the bus stop (one right below next to the entrance door). The minus point is due to this episode: after 3 nights we threw the towels on the floor because they are usually changed even in the cheapest guesthouses. To our great surprise when we returned to the room in the evening, we found that it had not been cleaned and the towels were where we had left them. So I called the mobile numbers and also wrote an email but I didn't get any response. In the wardrobe in the corridor there were only sheets and we made do with those. The next day they informed him, they apologized, they immediately came to clean our room and change our towels, but my perplexity remained over the fact that if we had had an emergency no one would have answered us. However, I recommend it for the excellent value for money and I recommend specifically asking for the bathroom in the room as I did, given the reviews I had read about the shared bathroom.

our stay

I stayed there with my partner for 3 days.The room was very very small!tiny!Cleaning was daily,the room was warm,the only issue we had the internet was slow.There was not a variety on breakfast,every day it was the same but we did not bother.The lady who served us was very polite and she asked if we needed more coffee or tea.
The receptionists were all helpful and willing to help us ,I had send a couple of e-mails before our arrival with some requests and answers and i always had a quick reply!
I would have rated the pension higher if the price were lower,i thing it is quite expensive

Very helpful staff

Good value for money, Museumsquartier within walking distance. Very helpful and friendly staff who printed out my boarding pass for me. Recommended!
However, the breakfast could be a bit richer in choice...

Nice and kind people

They were very helpful and kind
They let us keep our luggage there one day before our stay. Great service
It was cheap and therefore a small room but perfect for our needs. Nice and clean
The breakfast was very boring and not to recommend but the rest of the stay was great
