Lovingly managed hotel in a quiet location

We spent four nights in this beautifully renovated villa in the 19th. District and were completely satisfied! The rooms are spacious and stylishly furnished, the breakfast buffet offers a good selection, and the service staff is very nice and helpful. Our rooms facing the garden were very quiet, and the bus stop is only a few minutes' walk from the hotel entrance. We would love to come back! Best regards to the entire team.

A lot of wasted potential

Hotel converted from a villa in a fairly quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood; renovated and furnished in a contemporary style and with undeniable good taste in the choice of materials, colors, and furniture. The room was spacious, matching the photos online, and even had two bathrooms; the small welcome gift was very much appreciated. Breakfast buffet not very extensive but with enough options to satisfy all tastes. The hotel informs that cleaning is done every three days for environmental protection: let's set aside this statement, which is pure green-washing, to say that after the three days, the cleaning was done in a very summary manner (towels changed, a quick dusting of the nightstands, but the desk and TV stand were not touched, having a frightening layer of dust). The green areas on the sides of the entrance staircase appear rather neglected, as does the garden in the back, which if it were redeveloped and properly maintained would be an authentic wonder. Furthermore: other reviews recommend using the tram to reach the hotel, stating that it is convenient: one might wonder what idea of convenience some people have. If you do, be prepared to walk for at least a kilometer, which, dragging suitcases or after an entire day spent out, is certainly not the best. It's a good thing there is the Nussdorfer Strasse stop on the U6 line that allows you, by crossing the nearby Wahringer Park, to arrive at the hotel in five minutes. In conclusion: do I recommend it? Yes and no... I find it a real shame that such a facility does not fully exploit its potential and is held hostage by lazy and sloppy management.

Nice hotel, would come back anytime.

Nice clean hotel in a quiet location, very good breakfast buffet. The center is easily accessible, either by car or public transport. Sufficient restaurants nearby, with directions or locations of the restaurants from the hotel would have been helpful.
Otherwise, I would come back at any time.

Over Easter at Villa R

Beautifully renovated villa, spacious, clean, stylishly furnished rooms, ample space to relax (and also for luggage!!!), quiet location, bus stop e and parking garage within walking distance and quick reach.Very nice service staff, at the included breakfast there is something for everyone and nice detail: Coffee and pastries in the lounge available for free all day! We felt very comfortable, enjoyed the tranquility and will definitely come back!
