The best Austrian country experience!

One of the most beautiful and comfortable hotels I have ever stayed in! More than a hotel, it's really a lodge with incredibly beautiful local architecture in every room. And all in the most delightful and bucolic setting. You really feel traditional Austria here. I could easily have stayed there for a couple of weeks. Staff extremely helpful. Delicious breakfast.

Beautiful view, great room, friendly people

Its location and view, idyllic eating breakfast on the hotels balcony sitting in the morning sunshine. Their main restaurant a few meters away down the road which served Austrian fare at reasonable prices. There was a young waitress that spoke good English.
I also liked that nothing was in English, it makes a change now days, I find it enjoyable to try and use my very limited German and when all else fails there are apps that can photo and translate. The room is quirky and large we would definitely stay here again. Great location and great view, perfect

Tolles Hotel! Außergewöhnliche Themenzimmer!

Der Roanwirt hat außergewöhnliche, schöne, extravagante Zimmer...z. B: Bründlwegzimmer, Hochschwabzimmer usw.
Diese Zimmer sind was Besonderes....das ist einzigartig und das kann man nur weiterempfehlen!!
Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Gleich nebenan kann man ausgezeichnet Essen beim Roanwirt. Das Restaurant gehört dazu..ist nur 2min entfernt.
Preis- Leistung hat sehr gut gepasst.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolles Zimmer, aber Mängel beim Frühstück...

Die Zimmer allein sind natürlich schon ein Erlebnis und sehr originell! Leider hat mich aber das Frühstück enttäuscht. Ständig war irgendetwas aus - einmal der Lachs, dann wieder das Müsli usw. Beim Nachfragen hieß es: Ist leider aus.
Das darf nicht sein, wenn man bedenkt, wie viel Geld man für einen Aufenthalt inklusive Frühstück bei euch hinblättert...
