Intimate, cozy and thoroughly cozy hotel/lodge

Cosy, intimate, quiet and peaceful lodge.
Everything worked just in terms of communication before arrival.
We had been given a code, etc., so we could arrive in peace and see ourselves installed.
Nice heated ski room for outdoor shoes, skis and boots.
When you enter the lodge everything is stylish and warm with wood everywhere.
Our studio was fantastic with a separate toilet and bath with both rain shower and tub.
The kitchen was well equipped - the only thing missing was an oven for freshly baked buns. However, it could be ordered and delivered to the door.
The spa area was good and easy to use.
Common area with free coffee/tea and water and a nice fireplace.
The only time we saw the other guests was in the morning when everyone was going to the mountain.
So definitely a good experience with good hosts and nice staff.

Great lodge for family holiday

We booked 2 apartments at Riffelalp Lodge, to accommodate 4 adults plus 5 kids. The apartments are fantastic; comfortable, lots of storage, great bathroom and kitchenette facilities. The communal lounge was ideal for us all to gather, to chat, play games or watch a movie. We used the spa, which was lovely - welcome after a long hike in the mountains!
The hosts were brilliant; both very welcoming and full of fun and energy! They provided lots of suggestions for activities, restaurants and advised on local events.
We would thoroughly recommend this Lodge to couples and families and we will be back!
