Nice apartment hotel, but don`t expect a lot of service outside 0800-1600 where hotel not staffed. We arrive late afternoon, and had not received information prior to arrival, that there would be a code and a keybox. Was lucky that receptionist locked the building just as we arrived (she friendly).
Apartment was nice, but vey warm during summer, and due to street noise sleeping with an open window/door was not an option. Wifi coverage on top floor where we lived was extremely poor, and absolutely no coverage in the living room, meaning that the tv there could not show any channels at all.
Breakfast was fantastic and the staff there very helpful.

Great facility, good location, wellness improvement potential.
The accommodations are really very modern and everything is very clean. All amenities are well maintained. We were there with bicycles. There is a separate garage with a charging station for e-bikes. Access is only with a hotel card. A parking space for the car in the garage is also included; the only downside. The "heated" pool is really only bearable at 35 degrees Celsius weather. Additionally, both the sauna and pool area are only open until 7 PM. When coming back from a bike tour and looking forward to the sauna in the evening, this is understandably frustrating. For those who do not find this important, this place is great.

Top location and modern apartments
Great location in the middle of Seefeld, at the same time with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Staff very friendly.

Large apartment
Nice, new hotel in the center of Seefeld. The reception was very friendly. We had an impressively large apartment (superior) with two bedrooms and a living room. The decor is modern but very dark grey.
The wellness area is beautifully made. The opening hours are a bit short (14:00 to 19:00). In the sauna area there is a Finnish and an organic sauna as well as a steam bath and a small outdoor area. The heated outdoor pool I found too small. The countercurrent system even allows you to swim quite well on your own, but from two people the pool is too crowded for this.
Breakfast was good, but without any special features such as egg dishes prepared on request or freshly squeezed juices. At 25 euros per person I would probably eat next time only in the apartment.
Underground parking is available free of charge. In the basement is also the ski storage room.
We had a wonderful stay.

recommendation if certain things are acceptable.
Great central hotel. We had a very clean and nice apartment. The bathroom in particular was modern and clean - but could have been a bit bigger.
Unpleasant are the opening hours of the spa area. It closes already at 7:00 p.m., which is completely incomprehensible to me. The outdoor pool of the spa area has been optimally photographed - meaning: It's quite small and the view of a parking lot and other hotels isn't exactly the nicest either.
Breakfast is mediocre - not special but expensive (25 EUR). Also a pity that nothing is offered in the hotel in the evening - not even a bar is there.
Nevertheless, I can recommend the hotel as the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and modern and the location is great. Thanks to this location, some of the above criticisms can be compensated elsewhere.
