We had a great time there
Equiptment for kitchen was very good.
Location - few minutes from Insbruck.
Very nice view towards the Alps from the balcony.
Host was very nice, we had a great week there.

Awesome view and great hosts!
The apartment is located in beautiful town Rum next to Innsbruck. The views from the apartment are breath-taking. The balconies are facing the snow clad mountains and some green farms offering amazing view. Kids had fun with feeding sheep grazing in the field next to the apartment.
We bought Innsbruck card from owners. We didn't have to drive though the city as parking within Innsbruck is pretty expensive!! The bus-station is at 5 min. walk from the apartment, which takes you to most parts of Innsbruck. Bus frequency is almost every 15 to 20 min.
Host:
Kendra, the apartment owner(host) was very responsive and helpful.
Kendra had asked for the details of the guests and since we had some kids, had even arranged for the Baby-cot. Very thoughtful and warm hospitality.
Aparment/Rooms:
One of the best and well thought apartment I have stayed with!
We had rented both Ground floor and First floor apartment. Both ware same by design. There are two rooms. One can be used as dining/living/bed room. Has a queen size bed.
The other one is bedroom with King size bed. Both the rooms are pretty big.
Has full fledged kitchen with all necessary vessels etc. They had kept several groceries, which were useful to us for cooking dinner.
The bathroom is giant like a bed room - equipped with music system!!!!! Toilette is separate - again very thoughtful for family stay.
Wi-Fi:
Free Wi-Fi at the apartment.
Must visit the Nordkette and other cable cars (other cable cars are open only during a short duration through the year). Also must visit the Maria Theressien strasse, old town and the colorful buildings on the river side.
If one is touring at Innsbruck, this apartment is probably the best!!

Espectacular.
El apartamento es muy luminoso, limpio y nuevo. Tiene todo lo necesario a excepción de unas buenas almohadas. La cocina muy bien equipada y la ropa de cama de buena calidad. Las camas cómodas, aunque el sofá cama no tanto, sobre todo porque la sábana bajera no se adapta, pero, por lo demás, le damos un 10. La propiedad muy eficiente y agradable.
