Luogo tranquillo con un laghetto bellissimo. Noi l' abbiamo scelto per la vicinanza al nuovo palasport, solo dieci minuti di auto senza traffico. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Camere perfettamente insonorizzate. Per friendly!

Location: very good when you transit
Atmosphere: not friendly, you need to ask everything they do not tell you
Rooms: terrible, the rooms are very dirty, we even found a spider on the wall, I will let the picture here
Value: not worth it!!!
I do NOT suggest this hotel , it's the worst hotel I've ever been to
I choose it beacuse it had 8.6 points on booking but i regret it so much. You really should avoid this hotel
PS: after we arrived we checked in and then we stayed in the room for about 10 minutes and the we went to buy something, after we arrived I looked again on the prices on booking and it was 10 euros for a better room so I asked my boyfriend to go to talk if it s possible and the receptionist said that we alredy stayed in the room and she will need to call the cleaning service BUT IT IS NOT CLEAN.
Avoid it!!!!!!!!

Significantly below average service and lack of hospitality
We chose this hotel as the last stop on a four-week trip and found that both the quality of service and the basic understanding of hospitality were clearly below industry standards.
The reception was consistently unfriendly, distant, and not service-oriented. There was neither an appropriate greeting nor any form of active guest care. The check-in was limited to simply handing over the room key, without any explanation or assistance.
Even basic information that should be standard in any hotel – such as breakfast times, hotel amenities, or recommendations for the area – was not provided. In response to specific inquiries, the staff reacted curtly, disinterested, and without any apparent willingness to assist the guest further.
This impression indicates a structural problem in the service understanding of the establishment. There is clearly a lack of training, attention, and a clear quality standard in dealing with guests.
The room was functional, but it was uninviting and furnished without any noticeable design or quality care. The representation of the hotel in the booking media conveys a significantly different level than what was actually found.
Overall, it is an experience that falls significantly below the standard of comparable establishments. From our perspective, there is an urgent need for action regarding service culture, employee training, and quality management.

Positively surprised...
The location is outside Graz in a smaller residential area. The hotel makes a relatively new impression and it is all stylish and decorated with attention to detail. The room was comfortable and absolutely clean. This also applies to bath or shower. The beds are also equipped with good mattresses. The room had a balcony overlooking an artificially created small lake. Too bad the balcony was full of bird droppings.
The hotel also offers breakfast, which we had not used, but made a very good impression.
I would like to mention that the hotel was the only one on our tour who was not willing to talk at all when it came to postponing/cancelling my "non-cancellable" booking due to the Iran war (flight cancellations).
Basically, however, I think we would stay here again on a next visit to this area.

The breakfast was simple but good, a bit overpriced for what was offered. The room was beautiful and especially the view made for a great stay!
