Very good

Quiet and welcoming place, we stayed one night but it was a very positive experience. The room was nice cozy and clean, great breakfast and plentiful.

bed service no answer

hi dear were supposed to stay at the villa we bookt in advance via booking com moor than a week ago we submit for free cancellation request even though we know that free cancellation time is over we ask for the vila crow for halp no one reply to us until today 7 days we stil look for answer i try the talphone number 00436642077366 no one pikup the phone i try wehattsupp i laft a massegge at all channels possible but i gat no answer !!!!A negative answer would be Acceptable but even this we did not gat we are very disappointed from the villa attitude &service we are in the tourism business for more than 35 years never ever received such disrespect in tourism service provider .in the tourism sector bussnes this is basis that why i give the ville a very low point 3.5 from 10 mr kreizel yking3@walla.com

The most unreasonable host ever to encounter
As anything in life - when there is a problem, true colors emerge
I did have a problem and needed assistance
It began with the property ignoring my calls and attempts to contact them - for 5 days
Then after a complaint via booking.com the property replied - with unsuitable suggestions and absolute lack of interest to be reasonable
Ended up charged full price by this property, while having to take another hotel
If you book here - pray there are no “glitches” - cause you will not get anything from them
Conclusion - better STAY AWAY, go elsewhere

sparkling clean

Driving south into the Oetztal, take a small road to the right at the hamlet of Ambach three kilometers before Oetz and look for the Villa Ambach opposite a small playground. There's plenty of room to park, but beware the restricted check-in hours! It's a fine white house with rooms featuring nice touches like electric window blinds, a separate luggage area and piped radio in the bathroom. Everything sparkling clean, a splendidly comfortable bed. There's an adequate breakfast to be had downstairs, on the small outdoor patio in good weather. Maybe not a very useful address for skiers, but a convenient stop for summer tourists and hikers.

We will gladly return

Friendly staff.
Very nice rooms with large windows, comfortable bed with topper, very comfortable walk-in closet, relaxing radio in the bathroom, but to review some things like in the shower there is no shampoo rest and hand soap on the sink is uncomfortable.
Good breakfast not too rich perhaps because we were only two rooms, I would add fresh cakes.
In 20 min you reach the therme.
