The apartment was fairly small with no sitting room or area, just bedroom with tv, kitchen/ dining room and bathroom. The owner was very friendly and helpful but we had 2 oroblems there. We couldn't get the cooker to work, it wouldn’t turn up or down, the alarm was always going off when we hadn't set it and then the whole cooker turned off and wouldn't reset. If you spilt water on the hob it went iff, if you wiped the cooker it went off. The owner was very helpful over it but we struggled to cook all week. The second thing was when we booked we had to pay a deposit and we had printed out the hotels.com receipt showing this. However the iwner said we hadnt paid. Our attempts to get hold of hotels.com failed miserably, the chat box didn’t resolve it but then cut us off, the app said we had paid the deposit plus a further payment and only owed about €111 so in the end we paid the full amount. On returning to Britain our bank statements showed no payments to hotels.com had been taken so the owner was right but it caused a lot of worry and stress which you don't need on holiday. So hotels.com what us going on because we also had a mess up at an overnight stay in Germany booked through hotels.com and paid twice!! Answer from you would be great but I'm not holding my breath.

Nice Rooms, Perfect Location.

We stayed here twice this year.
The advantages are that the house is perfectly located in the centre of Oetz, close to shops and restaurants, and the private car park.
Rooms are nice and spotlessly clean and have a renovated private bathroom, TV, Wifi and a private balcony.
Breakfast is OK (I would not rate that part as 'excellent').
Value for money is good.
The owners are very friendly and helpful.

Susanne og hendes mor var virkelig søde og hjælpsom. Alt var meget rent og præcis som det skulle være. Vi fik gratis SummerCard igennem Susanne som var genialt og sparet os en masse penge!

Comodo in pieno centro ad Oetz

Appartamento essenziale sulla strada principale del bel villaggio di Oetz. Ingresso ampio al secondo piano senza ascensore, due camere matrimoniali con tv, armadi e bagno interno alla camera stessa (comodissimo), quindi 2 bagni per 4 persone..e bella cucina abitabile, fornita di tradizionale panca attorno al tavolo e completa di tutto.
Grande balcone sulla trafficatissima strada principale, ma la meravigliosa vista sui verdissimi monti, le bellissime case con fiori, straordinaria col sole, affascinante con nuvole e pioggia, non ti fa sentire i rumori della strada. Infissi comunque ottimi e dunque silenzio assicurato. I proprietari cambiano gli asciugamani, se li cerchi sono presenti,altrimenti puoi anche non vederli. Parcheggio gratuito, wifi in tutta la casa, nessun canale italiano in Tv, per chi fosse interessato! Comodo, senza particolari fronzoli, conto sui 120-130 euro al giorno, per 4 persone, comprensivo di tasse di soggiorno e pulizia finale!
