Very good
Let's take this accommodation for what it stands. It is a pension with free parking and a very cheap breakfast. The location is very close to the highway so for the ones who travels by car, can really be a great location.
The rooms are clean and quiet. The personal was absolutely great. More than helpful and spoked both german and english.
The breakfast was more than decent. Salami, schiken, eggs, mozarella, two types of melted cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers and besidrs that a lot of cereals, milk, coffe, tea, etc etc.
At the end of December, for what we needed, it was perfect. Around 55 km away from Wien and the price was half for what we managed to find on booking.

Never again
The guesthouse is very centrally located next to the road with good public transport connections. The self-check-in worked flawlessly.
Unfortunately, the low price does not justify certain circumstances.
Due to the old building, the rooms are very noisy, which we know from home.
The room was cleaned, but there was still a whole pile of clothes from the previous guest in the bathroom cabinet. That shows that it was never checked.
Dead insects on the windowsills and the toilet. The faucet and the showerhead urgently need descaling. Tiles and walls have wild cracks, and the mirror is peeling from the bottom. I only know such rooms from American series when people take a motel. Everything is more than just aging.
Due to the weeks of high temperatures and the south-facing side, it was very hot in the room. Thus, we had to leave the window open at night. We had room 312, which unfortunately is right next to the main road that is heavily trafficked even at night. The night was accordingly not very restful.
However, the biggest outrage was the room of the daughter with the number 124. There, it was dripping from the ceiling directly into the shower, and the entire bathroom ceiling was moldy.
Normally, such things should be reported to the health department.
Unfortunately, on the Sunday we were there, breakfast was only until 8:30 AM, although it started at 5:00 AM due to the triathlon, but we are more late risers . However, we were fortunately allowed to stay until 8:50 AM.
On Saturdays, it was still until 9:00 AM.
I had a corn roll for breakfast, which was very good. The juices are so-so, but first, you have to find clean glasses. The coffee was not really that great either, although the coffee machine would offer a good
selection.
Breakfast tables are clean.
The lady at the reception in the morning was very friendly and helpful. One can also request a room cleaning (free of charge) until 9:00 AM, which we did after the first breakfast, and we asked for another cleaning and removal of the clothing since we stayed for two nights. Conclusion: The cleaning lady was there, forgot her spray, did not make the beds, and also did not take the laundry away!
It is shocking that this accommodation is still officially offered. We can provide everything with photos as evidence.

URGENT WARNING to all!!!
1. The website promises much more than it actually is.
2. €80 per person for this guesthouse is excessive and an absolute disgrace!
3. Since Corona, they no longer have any staff and the rooms look accordingly
4. The rooms are small and dirty. Old tissues/snus packages (opened) lie under the bed, along with thousands of cobwebs. The walls are crumbling and have been moldy for ages. The sink is green-brown-yellow in color and smells horrible. The tables/armchairs/cupboards are old-fashioned and you have to be afraid that they won't break in.
5. The windows are a disaster. I had a basement room and the window goes about 1 meter further and then there is a wall, probably a street, as a boundary. It goes about 1 meter up and then there is an open grate, the windows are leaky, if it rains the whole room is flooded.
6. There was no staff there. We had to get the keys ourselves and also find and unlock the rooms, which were of course divided into every possible corner and floor. I had a particularly hard time because there was no number on the door of my room. There are also boiler rooms and the like in the basement, you wouldn't think that someone could spend the night there.
7. The beds were soft and worn and hair and the like were lying around.
8. It was loud all night, you could hear the boiler room and trains/cars.
9. Breakfast was below average for the price.

Should be a youth hostel, nothing more.
The room was tiny with worn carpet, very small bathoom, and very small shower, and smelled really bad. The staff smokes in a room downstairs and the fumes filter upstairs and into the rooms, including on the towels. The price is way too high for the quality. Parking is along the front of the hotel-no private parking lot. The breakfast was average. Staff were friendly.

Fair price/quality raport
A little bit noisy: on one side of the hotel is an major road with important traffic; on the other side is the rail-way. You cannot avoid the noise. It's true that is better during the night when the traffic is not so important.
Nice and friendly staff. Good services.
Overall, a fair price for the room, especially if you are staying only one night. Recommended only for a night stop-over during your trip.
