We had a very pleasant stay.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was a good size, and the hotel was clean and well maintained throughout. The staff at the reception were friendly, professional, and very helpful. There was no coffee machine, kettle, or fridge in the room, but when I asked for a kettle, the receptionist provided one. I also needed a fridge to store my medication, and they kindly arranged one for me. I really appreciated their willingness to help. The location is excellent, conveniently close to the glacier access point and Maisi Flitzer's toboggan run, making it a great base for exploring the area. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection.

Fantastic Hotel with Brilliant Service

Great hotel, stayed for one night on a trip, rooms are brilliant same with the facilities, staff were very friendly and very accommodating. Great recommendations on places to eat and drink, rent gear and things to do! Will definitely visit again

Going to Kaprun - book People's Hotel!

Our stay at people's hotel was fantastic, all the staff were attentive and friendly, breakfast was AMAZING, rooms lovely and a great central location.

Excellent modern hotel close to all amenities

We are just about to check out from The People's Hotel in Kaprun following a fantastic 5 night skiing break.
I travelled with my adult son and so we opted for a small self catering apartment. The room was fantastic with everything you could need for a short break and plenty of space. The little kitchen was well appointed with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, small dishwasher, electric kettle, and coffee machine (no oven, but not needed) and enough pots, pans and crockery. Underfloor heating, shower with a seat (very relaxing after a hard day's skiing) , balcony (Riverside apartment).
As the apartments are in the 'older' part of the hotel, the Alpenrose, I did wonder if they would be more dated and old fashioned than the new hotel, but everything was wonderful and recently refurbished.
Heidi , at Reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The bar area was relaxed and modern.
We opted for B&B and breakfast was varied and plentiful.
There is also very secure parking garage in the basement and a secure ski / boot room.
Just 50m from the main Maiskogel gondola, the main ski hire shops and a great supermarket with excellent toy shop/ souvenirs etc downstairs.
The Schneiderei restaurant next door is also excellent.

Perfect stay in Kaprun

Absolutely excellent as always! Coming here since 2008 and will come back every year. Exceptional service and a great team to support the trip. Perfect location, great apartment, great thermal suite with view. Ideal for friends and big groups!
