Chic & nice, but...!

Hotel has become very nice after the conversion and there are many things true, but... Unfortunately it is how often the little things like missing toilet paper and paper for the hands on the shared toilet! Often the chef didn't feel like making an omelet in the morning and told me that there were enough other egg dishes! You can see that a family hotel has become a victim of a system restaurant ;-( Also the entire food was cut somewhat to self-service and driven back. Breakfast also likes a little variety with e.g. meat salad or similar. Too bad, often old things are not so bad ;-) also the prices have risen a lot!
Unfortunately, it wasn’t asked at checkout “how it was and if everything was ok”!?!?

For active holidays and family

We unfortunately had a room with little natural light and the balcony could not be used. The sauna and steam bath are also suboptimal, as you can only shower and lie in the bathing area. I don't like to shower naked when everything is wearing swimwear all around. The hotel is very suitable for families with children and athletes. Location perfect next to the cable car. Rooms are modern and clean. The food is mega delicious and the service incredibly sweet.

Perfect location. Recommended

Very convenient. 3 mins walk to ski lifts. Well organized ski room. To keep your ski equipment. Rentals of Ski equipments and shops selling ski clothing are available in front of the hotel. Unfortunately if you need to buy water and toiletries you have to drive or take a bus to Jerzen village.

Great location for ski vacation

Hotel is just 3 mins walk away from ski lifts. Our standard room was clean and big enough for a couple with 1 child. Breakfast was very good. Afternoon cake was tasty and dinner was delicious. The ski room to keep the ski equipment was organized. We will be back.

Convenient for ski slopes in winter.

Stayed for 3 nights. Good food though in common with some Austrian hotel got charged for tap water.
Staff and owner family were very friendly.
Individual doube room was very well laid out with plenty of space. Hotel very clean.
