Nice hotel with very sweet service!

Super lovely people in the hotel! Breakfast and dinner are good and extensive. Don’t expect a star dinner but super varied and good enough! One takes into account wishes such as vegetarian or no pork. Unfortunately, there was a sewage smell on the first floor. There's probably not much they can do about that. Ski lift nearby and we had our stuff in a depot I the lift so that was totally top!

Great hotel. Not sure why it’s not a 4*.

What’s not to like. Food was fantastic at every meal (half board). Rooms lovely and the owners wonderful.
Not the best vege alternatives for my wife, but she was happy enough.
My only slight moan would be, on checking my bar bill after returning home, I saw that the 75cl bottle of water, which we had 2 bottles each dinner, were €6.80. Cheaper to drink the beer, which was tremendous and only €3.80.

Expectations exceeded!

A group of us spent a week at this excellent small hotel on half board. The location is convenient for one of the three cable cars and the ski hire depots, but just far enough away from the village to avoid noisy nightlife. For those so inclined, the centre is only 1.5k distant and for those who tire easily, there is a frequent and free bus service.
The accomodation at the hotel was modern, clean and well appointed. The bedrooms were small and may inconvenience anyone with excess luggage. The ensuite bathrooms were newly renovated and the walk in showers very welcome. The hotel has its own spa, with sauna and steam room at no extra charge.
The catering was particularly good. Breakfast was continental but extensive and with various egg options to satisfy British palates. The evening meals were five courses, with two choices for main course. The quality could not be faulted.
The staff were friendly, helpful and very efficient. Particular thanks to Elizabeth on reception and Camil and Lubka in the dining room.
I cannot think of any reason not to book again next year.

Skiing trip

Very nice hotel. Friendly people, very clean, nice rooms, excellent beds. We had (4 course) dinner included every evening that was very good. Breakfast was great as well. Wifi gave a hick-up some times, but staff helped out if this was the case. Recommended!

Excellent hotel

A lovely place to come and stay with great food and nice atmosphere. The rooms were comfy and very clean. There were fresh towels every day and the bathrobes were very nice. The owners and staff put a lot of effort into welcoming guests and providing a good standard of service. The hotel is in a quiet location but only a short walk to get to the ski hire shop and the main lift. Apres ski bars and the town centre are a short walk away. I booked this on a friends' recommendation and was not disappointed
