Generally good- friendly.

A good hotel. Slightly quirky and a bit of a labyrinth inside. Rear and side rooms on floor 2 recommended for quiet.
Breakfast good and took care of our wheat/ milk intolerance with soya yoghurt and milk. Nothing wheat free otherwise.
A 25 min walk from the centre of town though buses are frequent and covered by the guest card which is included in the price. You will need an Innsbruck card as well.

A warm and cosy hotel in Innsbruck

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was warm and cosy. There was a good choice for breakfast. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable though I felt there were too many mirrors and light switches but that is just my personal taste. It is on a main road so if you have one of the front-facing rooms you will have some noise if you need the window open. I highly recommend eating at the restaurant in the hotel - the food is excellent (best apple strudel I have had) and very reasonably priced and the staff were great. I enjoyed the 20-25 minute walk into Altstadt as it was a scenic walk alongside the river but there are buses available if you have to be at a tour on time. I did not have time to take advantage of all the hiking options in the area as I had several tours booked so I will definitely be back.

Property and staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel is old and showing its age however it is worth spending a night there with how close it is to everything and the service.
Rooms are as ypu require, nothing over the top but what you need.
