Direkt am Lift, Kundenorientiert, überdurchschnittlich

Die Lage direkt an der Seilbahn, über die sich das gesamte Skigebiet erschließen lässt, ist ideal. Weniger die wenigen Parkplätze direkt am Haus, doch stehen 200m entfernt Garagenplätze zur Verfügung. Zimmer Standard, ansprechend renoviert- bis auf den Sanitärbereich, dem ein Update gut täte. Überdurchschnittliches Frühstücksbuffet, überdurchschnittlich gute Küche- die Halbpension lohnt sich. Wellnessbereich modern, ausreichend. Leider kein Außenbereich. Außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals.

Walk to Hotel is a good leg workout!!!

Everything MaxReheat says in his review is true. The appartments are fine and basic and fit for purpose. The rooms are comfortable but be sure to bring a decent cooking knife if you want to cut anything and perhaps a cafetiere for coffee and there was no chopping board in our room. However, the major drawback for this property is its location as its either a 12 Euro taxi ride from the bottom of the ski run or a walk up a seriously steep hill which will earn you at least a beer! I recommend that you try and find somewhere clsoer to the centre of town or nearer the bottom of a ski lift.

Bad location

The pension itself was well equipped with microwave, cooker, fridge, pots and pans. It was clean, warm and comfortable, decent bath and shower, seperate toilet and the main bedroom itself was seperated from the other room by 2 doors so it was good for privacy. If you are travelling in groups expect to share a bed with a friend in the master bedroom, its almost a double, the other 2 beds are sofa beds.
The only problem with this place is its location, situated up a steep hill some 25 minutes walk from the town centre or 10 euros in a taxi. Not good if you are carrying skiing or boarding equipment, are elderly or infirm. If you can live with the distance its a nice place to stay.
Not to be confused with the Hotel Tannenberg in the town centre.

Super Lage für Skifahrer

Die Lage war tatsächlich sensationell. Der Aufzug zur U-Bahn war quasi um die Ecke und man war zusätzlich mitten im Zentrum um sich am Nachmittag/ Abend noch etwas die Beine zu vertreten oder einen Apero zu nehmen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super, beim Salatbuffet abends wäre etwas mehr Abwechslung schön. Die Hauptgänge zur Auswahl waren gut, bleibt man allerdings länger als 1 Woche wiederholt sich das. Findet man mal nicht etwas Passendes, macht der Chef auch mal ein paar Spaghetti separat. Echt klasse. Zimmer ok, könnte etwas mehr an Deko/ Bilder vertragen. Skiraum auch ok, wir waren allerdings immer so früh, dass wir alleine waren. Kleiner Wellness-Bereich, auch ausreichend. Super nette Besitzer und Personal. Schön wäre es, wenn man es sich mittags/ nachmittags mit einem Kaffee in der Bar gemütlich machen könnte. Prima Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Goed hotel, prima ligging!

Prima hotel, propere kamers met voldoende opbergruimte voor skikleren, heel vriendelijk personeel. Lekkere keuken: altijd saladebuffet en soep, hoofdgerecht en dessert opgediend aan tafel (altijd 3 keuzes 's morgens doorgeven bij het ontbijt), soms ook buffet als hoofdgerecht. Prima verzorgd en lekker, voldoende keuze. Zeer goed ontbijt.Ligging direct aan de piste en op 2 min van een zeer gezellige hot Schwarzacher.
