Exceptional staff, Walter was really friendly as were all the ladies at breakfast. The view from my room was otherworldly. Location can't be beat. Beautiful property and exceptional breakfast.

Beautiful hotel in a charming place

A beautiful hotel in a charming place. Very close to restaurants and cafes. Helpful staff delicious and rich breakfast. Convenient for driving the Großglockner High Alpine road. We loved the place.

Great welcoming bed and breakfast. Owners take pride in the business and it shows.
Room was huge and comfortable.
Breakfast buffet was delicious and varied with made to order eggs.

Picture perfect stay

We enjoyed our brief overnight stay at Kaiservilla and our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Thanks to our extra special host Wouter who welcomed us and treated us like old friends. The hotel is perfect - everything you'd want in an authentic Austrian experience, all new and modern amenities, rooms were very spacious and cozy. If we had more time we would have enjoyed the spa facilities which looked awesome. Even the small town of Heiligenblut is picture perfect and would have provided a perfect base for hiking and exploring the Grossglockner High Alpine Road. Hopefully we can return one day!

Very clean and esthetic place. Great breakfast!
Sauna and relaxation areas are new
The regular room is small but the family room was quite big.
