Zillertal is lovely, you deserve better the this.place...

The place was not clean. We arrived as three families to celebrate my wife's birthday. When we entered our room, there was a stench of sewage in the air, the sink drain didn’t work, and I had to use a spoon to get it to function. The situation was similar in the other rooms—my friend vomited from the smell of sewage in her room, and a strong musty smell was also noticeable.
​The manager apologized and sent cleaning staff, but it didn't really help. We requested different rooms, and while the manager was polite, he explained that there were no vacancies. My daughter suffered an allergic reaction to the dust or mold in the room and broke out in a rash, and a friend's daughter had an asthma attack. People say the breakfast is good, but we couldn't even think about consuming anything from that place. The next morning, we packed everything up and left, finding a wonderful place at a cheaper price in nearby Mayrhofen.
​Our request for a refund was only partially granted after Booking.com intervened. The manager focused strictly on the cancellation policy while ignoring the health issues caused, the broken facilities, and the emotional distress (even though the night before, before money or refunds were brought up, he had seen the room conditions firsthand and apologized from the bottom of his heart). It was a very painful experience for what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation.

Seems loveless :-/ Better somewhere else

Our expectations were disappointed. Renovation was desperately overdue. Seemed unloving. We weren't even greeted. Breakfast seemed cheap and we didn't like it. Coffee and tea were OK. We were offered a room change. But the other room had other problems. Positive: Playground and garden had just been renovated. Location was practical.

Super friendly

Nice and hospitable staff makes you feel extremely welcome. Eager to please, even though our German was not too good.
Came a too late for dinner. The staff had prepared a plate of specialities for the whole family.

Alles in Ordnung. Alles war sauber. Letztes Update des Zimmers war mutmaßlich vor 15 Jahren mit Ausnahme vom Fußboden der ist relativ neu.
