We just want to say that our stay here was delightful. It is a Family run affair and we found it really good value for money. Any one who found it below their expectations should perhaps do their research about what they are looking for better which might mean they might have to pay a bit more. We had a lovely time.

Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay here last week. My room was sparking clean, the views from my windows were charming, and I had a light breakfast with delicious cappuccino in the sunny breakfast room every morning. Frau Winkler was friendly and helpful, and even arranged my transport to the airport in the morning.

Friendlyness

I was pensioner travelling alone. The room was very good and the cleaning staff very friendly.The breakfast was adequate although limited and a tendency to run out of items unless you were early.
However the friendlyness of Frau Winkler to a lone pensioner was none existent. She always seem to be under stress and had no time to converse or show any interest in her visitor. I have stayed in many Austrian B&B's over the last 30 years and this was the worst for visitor relations.

Family pension situated in small village near Salzkammergut.

Family pension situated in small village near Salzkammergut, close to Salzburg and the lakes. The accommodation is comfortable, rooms are clean, the equipment is new.
Breakfast is served downstairs in cosy restaurant. Stuff is friendly as it is usual in Austria.

Value for money

We came here after a week's walking, wanting a quiet place to gather our wits before a tourist visit to Salzburg and Wien. For us it was perfect. Nicole was wonderfully helpful and the room and breakfast area were clean and attractive.
We were excited to have a balcony but on the first day were attacked by flies. By the second day, when the weather changed the flies were gone. We like to rise early so the pealing church bells at 6AM were pleasant for us.
As a quiet place to gather oneself this was perfect.
