No 4-star classification

The photos online are very flattering. The room was not thoroughly clean upon arrival, and the furnishings were rather sparse and uninviting. In addition, the rooms are very thin-walled, which significantly impairs relaxation. Overall, the atmosphere is more reminiscent of a simple group or vacation accommodation than a hotel of this category.
It was particularly irritating that a pizza box lay directly in front of the entrance area and in the bushes by the reception for several days. Despite its obvious visibility, it was not removed during the stay. This does not leave a good impression regarding cleanliness and attention to detail.
There was no real interest in a solution or improvement, despite mentioning it at the front desk. As a guest, you feel neither taken seriously nor welcome because of this. No air conditioning available.
It is a shame, because the concept as a family and seminar hotel has potential. From my perspective, however, there is a clear need for improvement, especially regarding service, cleanliness, and room comfort. The 4-star classification is therefore unfortunately absolutely incomprehensible.

Football visit

Stayed for two nights for a football match . Rooms are basic , no kettles or tea making. Requested a kettle from reception . We arrived in 35 degree heat rooms are stifling hot . Reception delivered a fan which was noisy . Left bedroom windows open which isn’t ideal as mosquitos .
We stayed by the natural pool for half a day . Really disappointed as no bar facility till after 5.00 and there is only a fridge with water and juice . Which you need to leave your room number for what you have had. Noticed few taking water and not putting room numbers on the pad.
Breakfast was good enough .
No shop near the hotel and you need to plan to buy water as small bottles here are 3.80 euro .

Decent hotel near the highway

The hotel is very large, just outside the village and very close to the highway. For a one night stay can go. The room was large, with shutters and mosquito net, comfortable bed. Quite anonymous in the decor and with horrible tiles in the bathroom (and also in the common areas). The bathroom was clean but the shower was not very comfortable.... breakfast without infamy or praise. High price but understandable for the services offered by the hotel, which I did not use.... To report that I had a problem with the floor lamp of the room that did not turn on, promptly resolved by the receptionist.

Mega

Great hotel and the numerous children's activities are the coolest in Austria. But adults also get their money's worth. Just brilliant. In the restaurant I can recommend the crispy pizza. The care is very friendly and mega effort.
