Excellent view!

Excellent view, nice clean and spacious apartment. The hosts were most welcoming and helpful. We would like to return here another time and would recommend the place to everyone. We could not recognise that the place should be outdated or poorly cleaned, on the contrary.

Incantevole

Struttura gestita in modo familiare (fam. Posch) in maniera impeccabile. La struttura sorge in collina a pochi chilometri dal centro di Abtenau in posizione panoramica in una cornice a dir poco incantevole. Gli appartamenti, in perfetto stile austriaco (pavimenti in legno, arredi tipici, tendaggi, ecc...) sono molto confortevoli e pulito. Posizione strategica sia per i soggiorni estivi che invernali. Che dire, una vacanza memorabile. Consigliatissimo

huis met mooi uitzicht, daar is alles mee gezegd

Mooi gelegen huis met prachtig uitzicht. Huis heeft meerdere appartementen en wij hadden er een met een zeer verouderde badkamer (bergblick). De plaatjes van de badkamer op bijvoorbeeld booking.com komen echt niet overeen. De badkamer was zeer klein, was zeer gedateerd , maar bovenal smerig. Voegen waren zwart van schimmel, vloer in de hoeken vol stof en douchewand met veel groene aanslag. Ook de keuken (zonder afzuigkap) was vettig en onverzorgd. Onder het bed van onze kinderen lag een stoflaag van een paar maanden. Wat ik ook erg vervelend vond is dat de eigenaresse in 'ons' appartement kwam als wij er niet waren. In een hotel is dat gewoon, maar in een vakantiehuis hebben wij dat nog niet meegemaakt.
