The Globe Inn, was lovely but needs to maintain the standards of maintenance and repair it held in the past. We loved our previous stays there, but this time, were a little disappointed. It is no longer a BnB, which we knew, but that had been part of the previous charm as well.

An unsatisfactory night in Yass.

A very poor room for over $180 per night. The binds were covered in filth and grime, power points overloaded, a broken chair to use at the desk along with what appeared to be mould in the bathroom, power cables scattered

THEY NO LONGER SERVE BREAKFAST

Pros, lovely spacious bright quiet room & great shower.
Cons, didn't see anyone, room freezing, elec blanket not working, no WiFi or details for emergency or repair contact, no phone numbers answered. Didn't even see anyone at checkout. Very odd!

Very disappointed

Oh my god what a night mare. Where do I start. The room was dirty, there was no fire wood for the room only a small amount of kindle and news paper, there was pubic hair in the spa bath, there was someone's left over marijuana joint behind the toilet with some kind of tablet, there was a red back spider the size of your thumb nail beside the toilet and the lights flickered. The electric blanket only works the lower half of the bed. The quilt cover has a massive stain on it. And the advertisement is misleading with no breakfast offered but is advised there is breamfast. For the price and the advertised photos you would think what an amazing Australian historical places to stay. To be honest I don't even think the convicts would have stayed here. Will not be coming back

We stayed in the Garden Room, in mid May. The room is very rustic and while it would be great for a stay in spring or summer, we were very happy to only be there one night. It was comfortable (great bed) but very cold. I would suggest looking very closely at the photos on the website, and perhaps staying in a room in the house if you have a couple of nights in Yass.
