Nice and clean hotel. Friendly staffs, and situated in a good location. Great views from their beer garden area where you could watch a beautiful sunset. Foods are great, and good service.

Check in was fine. Room was very basic, only 1 chair . We found an empty water bottle in the room fridge & what was listed as a continental breakfast served in the morning turned out to be some packets of cereal, milk, small tub of Yoghurt & an apple in our room. Apparently, their daily housekeeping does NOT include making the bed! Never had that before!
So, unfortunately, based on the expensive price we paid for a small room with not much in it & a shared bathroom, I don't rate this stay very favourably.

The pub is a classic northern rivers pub. Nice outlook from the beer garden. Unfortunately the bar staff we had let the experience down a bit for us. Nice stop in itself, cute little village. Pub looked a bit tired.

Our stay at the Ulmarra Hotel was pleasant. It is a historic building so you can expect a bit of quirkiness but a very enjoyable stay. Comfy beds. Quiet with stunning surroundings. Shops and a lovely park close by. Thank you. Ohh and the food was delicious.
