Must stay B&B in Stanthorpe

Four couples have just enjoyed a fabulous stay have at Loggers Rest B & B in Stanthorpe. We stayed for 3 nights and it is the perfect place for a small group (we had all 4 rooms) get away. The rooms are very comfortable, the shared spaces are beautiful, the amenities include a fire place and an outside fire pit with everything provided, and the hosts are accessible, extremely helpful and generous with time and information. We were given access to cooking facilities and the included breakfast was superb. As regular travellers both in Australia and overseas, who choose to stay as a group at B&Bs and short stay houses, we were all impressed with the standard of the accommodation, the welcome from the hosts, and we recommend this very highly as a must stay when you visit Stanthorpe and the Granite Belt.

Perfect Stay in a Prime Location with Friendly Hosts

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Logger’s Rest. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, very comfortable, and perfectly located close to all the wonderful wine farms and food destinations in the area.
The people running Logers Rest were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Their recommendations for dinner and local places to visit were excellent — every suggestion was spot on and clearly came from genuine local knowledge. We really appreciated how trustworthy and helpful their advice was.
We would happily stay there again and highly recommend Logers Rest to anyone visiting the area

If I could give 10 stars I would. The property is spotless. The hosts Shelly and Andrew made you feel so welcome. We felt like family. The breakfast was freshly cooked. There was a selection of local preserves together with filtered coffee, cereal, fresh fruit and bread selection. They had the fire waiting each afternoon we returned from our sightseeing. The rooms are divine and the beds are so comfortable. Undercover parking is provided. Shelly and Andrew were able to share valuable knowledge of the local area. We will be back!

This is THE place to stay in Stanthorpe. Luxury, comfort, personalised service, easy parking, great location with wallabies and ducks, very quiet for great sleeps, Breakfast in regal surrounds, hostess who can’t do enough to please! Then there are the National Parks and the apple orchards to explore. This place has the whole package!

Beautifully presented guesthouse. Lovely rooms, spacious dining and lounge areas and a great wrap around balcony. Our hosts were very welcoming with lots of suggestions for the area. Breakfast was excellent and the dining room with communal fridge could be used for lunch or dinner if you wanted to do something simple yourself. We would definitely return.
