Nice place with good host and hostess.

Nice B&B in a quiet area, 10 minutes walking distance from the beach. Great room and private bathroom. Owners are a nice Flemish couple. Next to the room a spacious breakfast room and sitting area, and large terrace. Breakfast is delicious, and has choices.
Overall, a nice place to stay!

Before AirBnB’s there were BnB’s where the host greeted you and you had a lovely home cooked breakfast. These quaint touches are what made Sunny Side Up such a lovely place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunny side up. Carine and Theo really made us feel welcome. The breakfast was great and they really paid attention to our dietary restrictions. Also the jacuzzi was great!
And in case if someone is wondering, you can travel to Sunny Side Up from Melbourne with public transport services. (Though it's probably easier by car 😃)

Were we in Belgian Heaven?

From the moment we arrived it was Iike we were VIPs! We were greeted so warmly and shown to our room. Large and beautifully presented. We were asked what time we would like breakfast and given the most amazing menu you have ever seen! Very comfortable bed. Breakfast in the small dining Room was a delight. 3 courses (we only had 2!) Juice and coffee, eggs whatever way you wanted with bacon, tomato, mushies and a fantastic homemade tomato relish.Small Bread rolls. Then there speciality - homemade Belgian waffles. It was just heaven. Highly recommend for a couple's getaway!
